1. Seller

The store at kohlsrcmodels.com is operated by Kohls RCM · Paweł Kohls, Kohls RCM · Paweł Kohls, ul. Lechicka 59, 61-695 Poznań, Poland, VAT ID PL5542524133. Contact: [email protected].

2. Offer

We sell RC model kits and modelling accessories for self-assembly and hobby use. Products are new and as described. Product information on the site is an invitation to conclude a contract, not a binding offer.

3. Orders and contract

Orders can be placed 24/7. After ordering you receive an email confirmation; the sales contract is concluded when we confirm acceptance of the order. Processing begins once payment is received. We may verify and cancel orders in case of obvious technical/pricing errors, suspected fraud, or abuse (with a refund of any amount paid).

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in EUR (and, where offered, other currencies) and include VAT where applicable. For deliveries outside the EU, import duties and taxes may apply and are not included. Payment methods: card, BLIK, Apple Pay / Google Pay and PayPal (via our payment provider).

6. Right of withdrawal (consumers)

If you are a consumer (or a sole trader buying outside your professional scope) you may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. To do so, send a clear statement to [email protected] (you may use the statutory model withdrawal form, but it is not required). We refund all payments received, including the standard (cheapest) delivery cost, within 14 days — we may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back or proof of return. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are liable only for any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. The right of withdrawal does not apply to the limited cases set out in law (e.g. goods made to your individual specification or personalised).

7. Conformity and complaints

We are liable for the conformity of the goods with the contract under the Polish Consumer Rights Act (in force since 1 Jan 2023). If goods are not in conformity, you may request repair or replacement and — in the cases provided by law — a price reduction or withdrawal. 8. Out-of-court dispute resolution

Consumers may use out-of-court complaint and redress procedures: the Provincial Inspectorate of the Trade Inspection (Wojewódzki Inspektorat Inspekcji Handlowej), the municipal/district consumer ombudsman (rzecznik konsumentów), and information from the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK, uokik.gov.pl). EU consumers can find national dispute-resolution bodies via the European Commission's consumer pages (consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu). Use of these procedures is voluntary for both sides.

9. Account

Creating an account is optional and enables faster ordering, order tracking and purchase history. You may delete it at any time.

10. Intellectual property

All site materials — graphics, photos, descriptions and designs — belong to Kohls RCM · Paweł Kohls or its partners and may not be copied or distributed without written permission.

11. Final provisions

The contract is governed by Polish law and applicable EU law; this choice does not deprive a consumer of the protection of the mandatory rules of their country of residence. For consumers, jurisdiction follows the general statutory rules (these terms do not impose the seller's local court on a consumer). We may update these terms; orders already placed are governed by the terms in force when they were placed.
