Delivery and returns

1. Delivery
We ship within Poland, the EU and worldwide. Processing usually takes 5–15 business days from confirmed payment, unless the product description states otherwise. We ship via InPost, DPD, DHL, GLS, UPS, FedEx and other carriers; the cost depends on destination, weight and the method chosen at checkout and is shown before you pay.
2. Customs & duties
For shipments outside the EU, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes and related charges. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
3. Right of withdrawal & returns (consumers)
As a consumer you may withdraw within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason — email [email protected] (the statutory model form is optional). Send the goods back without undue delay, and at the latest within 14 days. We refund all payments, including standard (cheapest) delivery, within 14 days; we may withhold the refund until the goods are returned or proof of return is provided. You bear the direct return-shipping cost. You are liable only for any reduction in value from handling beyond what is needed to check the goods. We do not accept cash-on-delivery returns.
4. Damaged or missing items
If a parcel arrives damaged, document it with the courier where possible and contact us promptly. Claims for damaged or missing items are handled within 14 days.
